Artificial Intelligence and Smart Systems Laboratory

The Artificial Intelligence and Smart Systems Laboratory (AIS² Lab) is a research group directed by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mansoor Alam. It brings together PhD researchers, postdoctoral researchers and research collaborators working on artificial intelligence and its application in smart systems.

Our mission

Our aim is to carry out rigorous, openly published research in artificial intelligence and smart systems, and to train doctoral and postdoctoral researchers to do that work independently.

Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mansoor Alam

Professor of Computer Science at Riphah International University, Islamabad, and an HEC Approved Supervisor. His research spans machine learning and artificial intelligence, intelligent decision support, computer vision, software-defined and wireless networks, and IoT, with more than 300 research articles across journals, book chapters and conferences.
